  • Partner with test engineers to develop and execute test procedures, plans, and methodologies for verifying drive unit functionality, reliability and durability
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams —design, reliability, and testing—to troubleshoot technical challenges and contribute to design refinement
  • Document test result, inspection reports, and technical observations clearly and thoroughly to support informed engineering decisions
  • Maintain a high standard of organization and safety in the lab, including inventory, tooling, and equipment maintenance
  • Design, fabricate, and modify test fixtures and equipment to support drive system testing and validation

  • Strong understanding of physics and engineering fundamentals, with the ability to apply principles to solve complex problems
  • Excellent documentation and written communication skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs., with frequent standing, walking, and bending in a fast-paced lab environment
