Job Responsibility:

  • Deploying, configuring, and maintaining Dynatrace agents, dashboards, alerts, and reports across diverse environments (cloud, on-premise, hybrid)
  • Analyzing metrics, logs, and traces to identify performance bottlenecks, troubleshoot issues, and perform root cause analysis (RCA) for complex applications
  • Developing automation scripts (e.g., Python, Shell) and integrating Dynatrace with CI/CD pipelines and other tools
  • Engineering event management rules, configuring monitoring frameworks, and ensuring efficient alerting for critical systems
  • Providing break/fix support, incident escalation, and performing scheduled maintenance (patches, upgrades) for the monitoring platform
  • Partnering with development, operations, and sales teams, providing technical guidance, and delivering demos

Requirements:

  • Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, networking, distributed systems (microservices, Kubernetes), cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP)
  • Deep experience with the Dynatrace platform (APM, Observability)
  • Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and root cause analysis abilities
  • Familiarity with scripting languages like Python, Bash
  • Experience with DevOps, Agile, and CI/CD
  • 8 - 10 years of experience
