We are looking to hire a Dynamics365 & Power Platform Agentic AI Consultant to join Microsoft Federal. The Microsoft Federal organization was established to address the unique mission, legal/regulatory requirements, and procurement rules and processes of the United States Government (USG). The Microsoft Federal team is looking for people with a passion for delivering customer success. As a Dynamics365 & Power Platform Agentic AI Consultant, you will own, troubleshoot and solve customer technical issues. This opportunity will allow you to accelerate your career growth, hone your problem-solving, collaboration and research skills, and develop your technical proficiency.

Job Responsibility:

  • Educate our customers and partners on the power of Microsoft’s AI, Dynamics365 and Power Platform Solutions
  • Interact with executives and key stakeholders in our customers to formulate Agentic AI, Dynamics365 and Power Platform solutions that address challenges facing their organizations
  • Develop and maintain a high level of technical proficiency in Agentic AI, Dynamics365 and Power Platform cloud services
  • Create and share IP that leverages Agentic AI, Dynamics365 and Power Platform cloud services
  • Implement solutions and may provide oversight and leadership on workstreams across domains
  • Manage escalations, analyze situations, and coordinate appropriate resources to resolve issues by following delivery practices, considering cost implications, and engaging in conversations with internal and external stakeholders
  • Proactively manage executive-level relationships to identify and contribute to the drivers of satisfaction and dissatisfaction, determine the root cause, and establish recovery actions to improve experience
  • Act as an ambassador in consumption of intellectual property by leveraging and/or modifying existing intellectual property (IP) or creating repeatable content
  • Identify opportunities to expand or accelerate the adoption and consumption of the cloud and Microsoft technologies
  • Lead or participate in relevant technical communities and conduct training sessions to evangelize technology and/or offerings based on availability
  • Complete operational tasks and readiness, and ensure timeliness and accuracy

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Finance, Business, or related field AND 1+ year(s) work experience in relevant area of business OR equivalent experience
  • Active U.S. Government Top Secret Security Clearance
  • U.S. citizenship
  • Demonstrated proficiency with generative AI and LLMs, Agentic Frameworks, or Power Platform in a consultative capacity
  • Demonstrated proficiency and 2+ years’ experience in Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management or Dynamics 365 Field Service or Dynamics 365 Sales in a consultative capacity
  • Security+ Certification or the ability to obtain within 2 weeks of start date
  • Microsoft Certifications: Azure AI Engineer Associate, Azure Fundamentals, Dynamics 365: Finance and Operations Apps Developer Associate Delivery Management certification or Dynamics 365 Field Service Functional Consultant or Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 + Power Platform Solution Architect, Power Platform Developer Associate or the ability to obtain within 1 month of start date
  • A proven ability to identify and prioritize agentic AI Use Cases for the federal government
