We are seeking a Technical Dynamics Platform Engineering Manager to join our software delivery team. In this principal role, you will leverage your deep technical expertise and leadership skills to guide a team of engineers, actively contributing to the team’s delivery while shaping its strategic direction. You will play a key role in driving successful outcomes, identifying opportunities to standardise practices across adjacent teams, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality, high-value software to our customers. Your strong people management capabilities will support the growth and development of your team, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement. Job Responsibility:
Applying strong software testing principles
Implementing CI/CD pipelines and release strategies
Adopting Agile methodologies such as Scrum and Kanban
Contributing technically within development teams
Providing constructive feedback through effective code reviews
Mentoring and coaching engineers
Translating complex requirements into practical, achievable solutions

Experience in mentoring and coaching engineers
Ability to break down complex requirements into achievable solutions
