Job Description:

We’re looking for an Application Systems Analyst to support enterprise applications, databases, and reporting tools. This role involves a mix of technical troubleshooting, SQL/database management, and cross‑departmental collaboration.

Job Responsibility:

  • Support and maintain SQL Server databases (performance, stored procedures, backups, security)
  • Develop and maintain reports using Power BI, SSRS, Crystal Reports, and related BI tools
  • Diagnose system issues and support end users across multiple business functions
  • Work with teams to translate business needs into technical solutions
  • End User Support (Finance-Focused): Addressing slow system performance, Resolving login issues, Handling frozen batches / batch resets, Walk-up troubleshooting for finance, analytics, and general system issues
  • Reporting & Analytics: Building and fixing reports, Maintaining and troubleshooting reports

Requirements:

  • 2–5+ years of experience in application support, database administration, or systems analysis
  • Familiarity with Dynamics GP
  • Some SQL skills, including stored procedures and database maintenance
  • Experience with Power BI, SSRS, or Crystal Reports
  • Strong communication, problem‑solving, and documentation skills

Nice to have:

  • Experience with SharePoint, scripting, or web technologies
  • Prior work with finance/operations systems or complex data environments
  • Experience in NISC systems
  • M-Files
