Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Dynamics ERP Cloud Solution Architect with expertise in Dynamics AX 2012 on-premises and/or Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations. The ideal candidate will play a key role as a trusted advisor to enterprise level customers and their partners as they design, develop, deploy and optimize Dynamics 365 ERP implementations.

Job Responsibility:

  • Act as the voice of the customer and partner, sharing insights, feedback, success stories, and technical input with Engineering, Product, and internal communities to improve solution quality and customer outcomes
  • Serve as a trusted advisor by identifying customer business challenges and translating them into AI‑powered business application and business process solutions aligned to customer outcomes, ROI, and Microsoft value propositions
  • Deliver a high‑quality customer experience by supporting efficient, well‑architected solution delivery that enables seamless adoption, usage, and satisfaction across the customer lifecycle
  • Drive consumption and usage by delivering solutions using Microsoft methodologies, proven patterns, and best practices, applying change management to support adoption, retention, and growth
  • Identify, escalate, and help mitigate technical and operational blockers with urgency to accelerate deployment and usage, applying technical knowledge with limited guidance from senior peers
  • Identify and communicate opportunities for expanded usage and solution adoption, articulating the Microsoft value proposition for AI Business Applications to support cloud success, security, resiliency, and AI innovation, and capturing opportunities in appropriate systems and tools
  • Maintain technical readiness through continuous learning, contributing to shared frameworks, reusable assets, and community knowledge to help scale customer success and solution delivery

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, Liberal Arts, or related field AND 4+ years experience in cloud/infrastructure technologies, information technology (IT) consulting/support, systems administration, network operations, software development/support, technology solutions, practice development, architecture, and/or consulting OR equivalent experience
  • This position is not eligible for visa sponsorship. Candidates must have authorization to work in the United States that does not now or in the future require employer sponsorship.
