Job Description

Dynamics Developer with a leading government client (consulting through FinXL). FinXL Professional Services is a leading IT consultancy that partners with clients to bridge the gap between business needs and technology capabilities. Since 2003, we've been delivering high-value ICT services across government, finance, telecommunications, and enterprise sectors. FinXL is seeking a Dynamics Developer to join our consulting team and be deployed with a leading government client on a 12 months contract in Sydney Olympic Park.

Job Responsibility

  • Customize Dynamics CRM forms, entities, views, and complex business rules
  • Develop plugins and custom workflow activities to enhance system functionality
  • Create JavaScript-based UI enhancements for improved user experience
  • Build and maintain integrations using APIs, web services, and middleware
  • Manage server configurations, deployments, and solution packaging for on-prem and cloud
  • Execute data migrations and perform SQL-based troubleshooting
  • Collaborate with internal and external teams through sprint ceremonies and demos

Requirements

  • Australian citizenship or PR required
  • Extensive experience in building and enhancing Microsoft Dynamics applications
  • Strong programming skills in C#, .NET, and JavaScript
  • Proficiency with SQL Server and PowerShell scripting
  • Hands-on experience with the Dynamics CRM SDK
  • Background in managing both on-premise and cloud-based infrastructure
  • Proven ability in requirements gathering and client-facing communication
  • Experience working within an Agile environment and participating in sprints
