Job Description

The Dynamics CRM Support Engineer will provide expert-level support for Dynamics CRM applications, troubleshoot complex issues, and manage data integrity. This role requires a bachelor's degree in Computer Science and 3-5 years of experience in a similar position. The candidate will oversee integrations with other business systems and lead the resolution of high-priority incidents. Strong technical skills in Dynamics CRM and troubleshooting are essential for success in this role.

Job Responsibility

  • Provide expert-level support for Dynamics CRM applications across different versions
  • Troubleshoot complex issues related to CRM configurations, integrations, workflows, and data flows
  • Perform in-depth analysis and resolution of performance bottlenecks, system errors, and integration issues
  • Oversee integration between Dynamics CRM and other business systems (ERP, marketing automation, third-party applications) via tools such as KingswaySoft, Scribe, or custom APIs
  • Manage data migration and data integrity, ensuring seamless data flow between CRM and other systems
  • Monitor and manage data quality, ensuring data consistency and accuracy in Dynamics CRM
  • Lead the resolution of high-priority incidents, ensuring minimal downtime and efficient resolution of issues
  • Perform root cause analysis for recurring issues and implement long-term solutions to prevent future occurrences
  • Conduct post-incident reviews and implement preventive measures to improve system reliability
  • Manage system upgrades, patching, and version updates, ensuring compatibility with existing customizations and integrations

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science
  • 3-5 years of experience in a similar position
  • Strong technical skills in Dynamics CRM and troubleshooting
