twentyAI are supporting a PE-backed manufacturing company based in Barcelona. They require a Dynamics CRM Manager. This role owns the Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM domain across Sales, Marketing and Customer Service. It is a functional domain lead position, combining hands-on expertise with oversight of outsourced delivery. You will be responsible for ensuring the CRM ecosystem effectively supports commercial teams, with a focus on performance, enhancements and ongoing system evolution.
Job Responsibility:
Own and manage the Dynamics 365 CRM platform (Sales, Marketing, CS)
Oversee external vendors delivering BAU and project work
Ensure system performance, stability and continuous improvement
Act as the key point of contact for business stakeholders
Drive enhancements aligned to commercial and customer needs
Provide functional leadership across the CRM domain
Requirements:
Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM
Good understanding of sales and customer lifecycle processes
Experience working with outsourced / offshore delivery teams
Ability to operate independently with high ownership
Comfortable in evolving, low-structure environments
Broad understanding across multiple CRM modules (Sales, Marketing, Service)
Ability to bridge business and technical teams effectivel
Experience improving vendor performance and delivery quality
