Job Responsibility:

  • Design and develop customizations and extensions for Dynamics 365 CRM and Field Service modules
  • Utilize Microsoft and Azure tools to create workflows, set up plugins, and build integrations
  • Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver scalable technical solutions
  • Prepare technical specifications and provide ongoing support for deployed solutions
  • Participate in solution design discussions and contribute your technical expertise to project planning

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
  • Over 5 years of experience in Dynamics 365 development
  • Expertise in Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CRM) and Field Service apps
  • Strong knowledge of C# and JavaScript
  • Experienced with Model-Driven Apps, Dataverse, and Power Platform components
  • Fluent in Portuguese and English

Nice to have:

  • Experience with Dynamics 365 Marketing
  • Hands-on experience with DevOps practices including CI/CD pipelines and version control
  • Experience integrating Dynamics 365 with external systems
