Job Responsibility:
Design and develop customizations and extensions for Dynamics 365 CRM and Field Service modules
Utilize Microsoft and Azure tools to create workflows, set up plugins, and build integrations
Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver scalable technical solutions
Prepare technical specifications and provide ongoing support for deployed solutions
Participate in solution design discussions and contribute your technical expertise to project planning
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
Over 5 years of experience in Dynamics 365 development
Expertise in Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CRM) and Field Service apps
Strong knowledge of C# and JavaScript
Experienced with Model-Driven Apps, Dataverse, and Power Platform components
Fluent in Portuguese and English
Nice to have:
Experience with Dynamics 365 Marketing
Hands-on experience with DevOps practices including CI/CD pipelines and version control
Experience integrating Dynamics 365 with external systems
