Job Description

Nineteen Events is looking for a detail-oriented and tech-savvy Sales Administrator to support their sales operations. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a collaborative team and contribute to the success of a growing events business.

Job Responsibility

  • Creating price lists and updating products in Dynamics
  • Building dashboards and managing data in Dynamics
  • Updating contracts and terms (as approved)
  • Managing contract reminders, payment terms, and stand changes
  • Supporting the CV Show integration into Dynamics
  • Updating monthly targets in Google Sheets and Plecto
  • Creating contracts outside the system for specific shows
  • Tracking KPIs and preparing pledge decks for trading meetings
  • Announcing new deals and updating internal trackers
  • Supporting Oliver Kinross and Asia teams with Dynamics queries
  • Managing competitions and incentive tracking

Requirements

  • Excellent administrative and data management skills
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong communication and organisational skills

Nice to have

  • Experience in a sales support or admin role
  • Familiarity with Dynamics and Plecto
  • Interest in events or exhibitions
