The Dynamics CE Developer will support the customization and integration of solutions developed on the Dynamics 365 CE v9.1 (on premises) platform. They will be part of an Agile development team implementing applications for customer service, field service, and marketing.
Job Responsibility:
Designing complex solutions based on user requirements
Building plugins, workflow activities, and JavaScript components
Creating and maintaining integrations with external systems
Supporting complex configuration needs with custom code where required
Develop C# plugins and custom workflow activities to support case management, routing, scheduling, and citizen communication processes
Implement JavaScript/TypeScript for form logic, UI enhancements, and validation
Create custom actions, custom API endpoints, and service operations for integration scenarios
Support the creation of deployment pipelines appropriate for an on‑prem environment
Requirements:
6+ years of Microsoft Dynamics based development experience
Experience working with Dynamics 365 CE on-premises, including at least two of Customer Service, Field Service, and Marketing
