Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field AND 10+ years’ experience in technology solutions, practice development, architecture, consulting, and/or technology domain (e.g., Security)
  • OR master’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field AND 8+ years’ experience in technology solutions, practice development, architecture, consulting, and/or technology domain (e.g., Security)
  • OR equivalent experience
  • Experience with a Global Systems Integrator, IT Vendor, a Partner on Microsoft technologies implementing enterprise scale Dynamics 365 Solutions
  • A significant part of the experience should be on Business Applications and CRM solutions
  • Experience and understanding of the life cycle of IT solutions/ Business Applications implementation including Estimation, Proposal Preparation, Requirements Gathering, Business Process Modelling, Development & Testing, Deployment and Maintenance
  • Proven track record of Dynamics365 Customer Engagement and Power Platform solutions preferably in retail/manufacturing/public sector/telecom/ financial services
  • Experience building or extending solutions using M365 Copilot, including custom copilots, Copilot plugins, Teams message extensions, Graph connectors, and Copilot Answers
  • Hands-on expertise with Copilot Studio for designing enterprise-grade copilots, AI orchestration flows, adaptive dialogs, and data grounding
  • Demonstrated capability in Low Code architecture, including governance, ALM, solution structuring, and enterprise-scale maturity models
  • Experience with Agent Extensibility, including designing autonomous workflows, multi-agent patterns, and integration with Microsoft AI frameworks
  • Hands-on experience in implementation with focus on architecture and solution design in one or more of the following areas: M365 Copilot, Copilot Chat, Copilot Studio, Purview, Defender, F5, EMS E3
  • Windows 365 (includes W365 Link), Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD)
  • Power Pages
