Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced and results-driven functional consultant whose primary focus will be to successfully manage and convert opportunities into real projects, driving the sales process from initial engagement to contract closure. In addition, you will play an active role in the implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Field Service, Customer Service, Sales, and Marketing solutions — evaluating customers’ business requirements and translating them into clear technical specifications. Working closely with stakeholders, sales teams, end users, and the technical team, you will ensure the efficient configuration, customization, and roll-out of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM modules, aligning them with the organization’s goals.

Job Responsibility:

  • Interact with potential customers to gain a clear understanding of their needs and goals
  • Participate in pre-sale activities and Dynamics 365 CRM/CE modules to potential customers
  • Collaborate with different stakeholders to gather, analyze and document requirements
  • Convert business needs into functional specifications
  • Configure and customize Dynamics 365 Field service, customer service, sales and marketing based on customer requirements
  • Work closely with developers to execute requirements and resolve issues
  • Provide user training sessions when needed
  • Provide ongoing support for post-implementation

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, computer science, or equivalent
  • Min 3-5 years of experience as a functional consultant
  • Pre-sales and demo experience
  • Proven track record of successful Microsoft Dynamics 365 Field Service, Customer Service, Sales implementation
  • Skilled in system configuration, customization, and data management within Microsoft Dynamics 365
  • Experience with Power Automate flows
  • Gap analysis between customer needs and Dynamics 365 capabilities
  • Familiarity with Agile or iterative project management methodologies
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a talent for converting business requirements into practical solutions
  • Highly organized and able to work independently without guidance
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work with different stakeholders
  • Excellent command of spoken and written English

Nice to have:

  • MS Dynamics 365 CE certification (MB-210, MB-220, MB-230, MB-240) or equivalent
  • Understanding of industries like manufacturing, healthcare, automotive and financial services (some of them)
