Job Description:

We are looking for a Microsoft Dynamics 365 SCM Consultant with good understanding of the possibilities of product configuration and customization and willingness to develop in this direction.

Job Responsibility:

  • Implementation and configuration of Microsoft Dynamics 365 SCM (Supply Chain Management)
  • Analysis of customer business processes and proposal of optimal solutions for their automation using D365 SCM
  • Setup and configuration of D365 SCM modules in accordance with the customer's request
  • Training users to work with the system, conducting presentations and seminars
  • Developing and supporting project documentation
  • Indicating technical support Use, solving emerging problems and questions
  • Interacting with developers and other specialists to implement relevant requirements and fix errors

Requirements:

  • Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 SCM for at least 3 years
  • Knowledge of basic business processes in the field of supply chain management
  • Skills in setting up and configuring D365 SCM modules
  • Experience in analyzing and optimizing business processes
  • English proficiency at least at the B2 level

Nice to have:

  • Microsoft Dynamics 365 certification
  • Experience with other ERP systems
