Job Description:

We are looking for a Project Manager with experience delivering end to end Dynamics 365 ERP projects (with focus on F&SCM) to lead and manage the implementation and optimization of Microsoft Dynamics 365.

Job Responsibility:

  • Lead the end-to-end delivery of D365 F&SCM projects, from initiation through to closure
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams including functional consultants, developers, and architects
  • Define and manage project scope, timelines, budgets, resources, and deliverables
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as their trusted delivery advisor
  • Ensure alignment between business goals and technical solutions
  • Manage project risks, issues, and dependencies, proactively implementing mitigation plans
  • Report project status to internal and external stakeholders, ensuring transparency and predictability
  • Support presales activities including project estimation, scoping, and proposal preparation if needed
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement across the delivery process

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of project management or delivery management experience within D365 F&SCM or ERP implementations
  • Strong understanding of Finance, Supply Chain, HR and Operations processes within D365
  • Proven experience delivering medium to large-scale IT projects using Agile, Hybrid, or Waterfall methodologies
  • Exceptional client management and communication skills
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage remote, cross-functional and multi-national teams
  • Fluency in English (spoken and written)

Nice to have:

  • PMP, PRINCE2, Agile certification or Microsoft D365 certifications are an advantage
  • Fluency German and/or Arabic
  • Readiness for occasional business travel is a plus
