Dynamics 365 Lead Consultant

• Take full ownership of the internal Dynamics 365 system, managing roadmap planning, configuration, and updates
• Act as the subject matter expert, championing CRM best practice across the business
• Partner with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into actionable solutions
• Manage and prioritise a change backlog in line with business goals
• Oversee upgrades, testing, and release cycles in collaboration with IT and external providers
• Support adoption and training, ensuring teams use the system effectively
• Drive innovation by introducing new features, tools, and integrations that deliver measurable value

• Proven background working with Dynamics 365 CRM (Lead Consultant, Product Owner, Business Analyst, or similar)
• Experience leading system enhancements, upgrades, or implementations
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills
• A balance of technical knowledge and commercial awareness
• Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions
• Familiarity with Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI), Dataverse, or system integrations is desirable
