Job Description:

We are looking for a D365 Junior Finance Functional Consultant with a strong background in accounting or finance who is interested in building a career in ERP consulting and Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance. This role is ideal for finance or accounting professionals who want to move into IT consulting and work with enterprise ERP solutions while applying their financial knowledge in real business systems.

Job Responsibility:

  • Participate in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance implementations under the guidance of senior consultants
  • Analyze business and accounting requirements and translate them into D365 Finance functional solutions
  • Support configuration of core Finance modules: General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, Budgeting and Cash Management
  • Assist with data validation, reconciliation, and financial testing activities
  • Support UAT, go-live, and post-go-live stabilization phases
  • Prepare functional documentation and user guides
  • Work closely with business users, senior consultants, and technical teams
  • Support workshops and requirement clarification sessions
  • Help ensure financial processes in D365 align with accounting standards and business needs

Requirements:

  • Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related field
  • Practical experience in accounting, finance, audit, or financial controlling
  • Good understanding of financial accounting principles (GL, AP, AR, assets, closing)
  • Strong analytical and logical thinking
  • Interest in ERP systems and business process automation
  • Good English communication skills (spoken and written)
  • Attention to detail and willingness to learn

Nice to have:

  • Experience with any ERP system (Dynamics, SAP, Oracle, 1C, etc.)
  • Knowledge of IFRS or local GAAP
  • Experience with financial reporting or audits
