Job Description

We are currently seeking a Enterprise Resource Planning Advisor to join our team in Bengaluru, Karnātaka (IN-KA), India (IN). Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O) Presales Consultant to support the sales team in driving new business opportunities. The ideal candidate will combine strong functional knowledge of D365 F&O with excellent presentation and solution design skills to articulate value-driven solutions to prospective clients.

Job Responsibility

  • Partner with Sales to qualify opportunities and understand customer business requirements
  • Lead discovery sessions and requirement workshops with prospective clients
  • Design and articulate end-to-end D365 F&O solutions aligned with customer needs
  • Prepare and deliver compelling product demonstrations tailored to industry and business scenarios
  • Develop solution architecture, high-level estimates, and implementation approaches
  • Respond to RFPs, RFIs, and support proposal development
  • Collaborate with technical and functional teams to validate solution feasibility
  • Provide input on scope, risks, assumptions, and implementation timelines
  • Stay current with Microsoft Dynamics 365 roadmap, features, and licensing models
  • Support handover to delivery teams after deal closure

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations
  • Strong functional expertise in one or more areas: Finance, Supply Chain Management, Manufacturing, Retail, Project Operations
  • Proven experience in presales, solution consulting, or functional consulting roles
  • Strong understanding of ERP implementation methodologies
  • Experience conducting client workshops and delivering product demonstrations
  • Knowledge of D365 licensing and cloud architecture fundamentals
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to translate business requirements into scalable solutions

Nice to have

  • Microsoft certifications in Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations
  • Experience working in multiple industries
  • Understanding of Power Platform, Azure integrations, and ISV solutions
  • Familiarity with data migration and integration strategies
