Job Description

We are seeking a Dynamics 365 F&O Support Consultant to join our IT Team in Rotterdam. In this role, you will support and optimize our Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O environment, serving as a trusted partner for more than 35 entities across EMEA. You will help ensure our ERP platform remains stable, efficient, and aligned with business needs. As part of a team of 10+ ERP professionals, you will have the opportunity to apply your analytical skills, technical knowledge, and innovative mindset to enhance our systems and contribute to global ERP initiatives. You will work in a dynamic environment that sits at the intersection of internal business operations and collaboration with our external Microsoft partner, using the latest Microsoft technologies.

Job Responsibility

  • Maintain and improve the stability, performance, and functionality of the Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O system
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, end-users, and stakeholders to deliver support and manage changes within the ERP environment
  • Act as a key contact for troubleshooting system issues and coordinating the resolution process
  • Implement enhancements and contribute to ongoing system optimization and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Participate in global ERP projects and support broader system developments within the organization

Requirements

  • Higher professional or university-level education, preferably in IT or a related field
  • 2+ years of experience in a similar support or consulting role
  • Strong experience supporting and troubleshooting Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O / Finance & Supply Chain Management
  • Proven problem-solving abilities with a structured approach to diagnosing and resolving system issues
  • Clear and effective communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Fluency in English (spoken and written)

Nice to have

  • Relevant Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications
  • Experience with WMS or Manufacturing modules
  • Dutch proficiency
