Job Description:

As D365 Finance Senior Consultant, you work with Microsoft Dynamics 365, Azure cloud platform and our unique, industry-specific solutions to develop the best strategy for a digital transformation and design, implement and manage innovative cloud solutions for our customers.

Job Responsibility:

  • Lead the implementation of Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations modules (GL, AP, AR, FA, Budgeting, etc.)
  • Collaborate with international clients to understand business needs and translate them into scalable finance solutions
  • Conduct workshops, design sessions, and training for key users
  • Configure and customize finance modules to meet client-specific requirements
  • Work closely with technical teams to ensure seamless integration and data migration
  • Provide expert advice on finance best practices, compliance, and process optimization
  • Support pre-sales activities and contribute to solution design

Requirements:

  • At least 7 years of experience implementing Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations with a focus on finance modules
  • Proven track record as a lead consultant on at least 3 full-cycle international ERP implementations
  • Solid understanding of finance processes (GL, AP, AR, FA, budgeting, consolidation, etc.)
  • Prior experience in a finance role (e.g. accountant, controller, financial analyst) is a strong advantage
  • Fluency in English (spoken and written)
  • other European languages are a plus
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to work independently, take ownership of deliverables, and drive initiatives with a high level of accountability
  • Collaborative mindset and ability to thrive in a multicultural, remote-first team environment, often working across time zones and cultures
  • Goal-oriented and proactive, with a strong focus on delivering value and measurable outcomes in financial transformation projects
