This role focuses on optimizing Finance and Operations workflows, reporting, and end‑user functionality to improve operational efficiency across the business.
Job Responsibility:
Configure, maintain, and support key Dynamics 365 modules
Partner with business stakeholders to gather requirements and document current and future state processes
Conduct functional gap analysis and recommend system enhancements
Build and maintain workflows, forms, security roles, and custom fields
Support integrations with Power Platform tools such as Power Automate and Power BI along with third‑party applications
Provide user training, troubleshooting, and day to day functional support
Assist with testing, upgrades, patches, and new module deployments
Requirements:
Three or more years of hands-on Dynamics 365 experience in Finance and Operations, Business Central, or Customer Engagement
Strong understanding of ERP workflows and operational business processes
Experience with SQL or Power Platform tools
Ability to translate business needs into functional and technical requirements
Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross functional teams
