As a Dynamics 365 CE Project Operations, you will lead international implementations, helping clients optimize service operations through Microsoft technology. Our projects often span Project Operations, Field Service in combination with Sales, Service and Marketing. The right profile will lead these projects and participate in Presales engagements, Discovery & Analysis as well as the implementation project and guide a team of consultants in best practices within the Project Operations space.

Job Responsibility:

  • Deliver and implement the latest Microsoft technologies, such as Dynamics 365 CE & Power Platform internationally
  • Deliver high-quality business and software application services to clients
  • The creation of high-quality and sustainable client solutions
  • Deliver all consultancy according to the HSO Project Methodology, ensuring that all software applications are implemented successfully according to the project plan
  • Measure customer expectations of business knowledge, skills and behavior
  • Identify business/project risk and mitigate or communicate as necessary
  • Communicate progress updates to relevant parties both formally and informally
  • Participation in pre-sales activities as requested
  • Always represent HSO International professionally and positively
  • Advise customers on industries’ best practices proactively rather than passively
  • Lead international implementations, helping clients optimize service operations through Microsoft technology
  • Lead these projects and participate in Presales engagements, Discovery & Analysis as well as the implementation project and guide a team of consultants in best practices within the Project Operations space

Requirements:

  • University degree preferably in Economics, Business Administration, Management, Computer Science, Information Science or comparable education
  • At least 6 years of professional experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM / Customer Engagement, ideally in an international environment
  • Experience in Dynamics 365 CE Project Operations: project‑based sales to delivery, project setup and WBS/task planning, resource scheduling & bookings, project documentation/knowledge, project contracts, milestones & invoicing schedules, time & expense capture and approvals, cost/revenue profiles, billing & profitability
  • A proven track record with implementing Project Operations projects on Large scale deployments most preferably in multi country roll outs
  • Experience as a consultant on at least 1 international end-to-end CRM implementation – preferable with intercontinental rollouts
  • Preferred pre-sales experience
  • Strong presentation and demonstration skills
  • Experience with Manufacturing, Professional Services space would be preferable
  • You are ambitious and eager to learn
  • You are fluent in English, both spoken and written
  • other languages such as French, German, Spanish and Italian are a big plus
  • You have good communication skills, and you are creative in solving problems
  • You have strong analytical skills, and you are proactive
