We are looking for a Dynamics 365 CE Full Stack Developer in Thessaloniki. You will have the chance to participate in important international projects, working on the Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement platform and its integrated products. You will focus on designing, implementing, and delivering complex applications, carrying out actively and responsibly your project-related activities. Acting with progressively increasing autonomy within multi-functional teams, you will be responsible for the quality of your work and its alignment with the clients’ priorities, targets, and needs.
Job Responsibility
Design, develop, and customize scalable solutions on Dynamics 365 CE platform, including model-driven and canvas apps, plugins, and workflows
Implement and deliver complex applications supporting client goals, leveraging Dynamics 365 CE capabilities for sales, customer service, and marketing automation
Develop technical functionalities using C#, JavaScript, and Power Platform tools (Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI) to extend platform capabilities
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, propose technical solutions, and deliver business-oriented functionalities aligned with enterprise needs
Ensure code quality through best practices, including code reviews, automated testing, continuous integration, and adherence to Microsoft development standards
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently, proposing improvements and optimizations for performance and scalability
Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders, sharing ideas, progress, and technical proposals in a clear, structured, and concise fashion
Identify possible issues and come up with ideal solutions and proposals related to the project, swiftly sharing them with the rest of the team
Cooperate with inter-functional and international teams, following workflow processes to enable efficient development
Lead technical initiatives and mentor junior developers on Dynamics 365 CE best practices and platform capabilities
Requirements
Bachelor/Master’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or in similar technical-scientific disciplines
Proven professional experience (typically 2-5 years) in Object-Oriented programming with languages such as C#, Java, or Python
Strong skills in web frontend development (JavaScript, HTML, CSS). Experience with modern JavaScript frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, Node.js) is essential
Solid understanding of relational databases and proficiency in SQL and Dynamics 365 CE data model
Familiarity with software development best practices, including version control (Git), automated testing, and Agile methodologies
Knowledge of Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement platform architecture, including model-driven apps, plugins, and customization capabilities
Understanding of Power Platform ecosystem (Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI) for extending Dynamics 365 CE functionality
English proficiency

Availability to travel domestically and abroad
Nice to have
Certified Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE Developer or related certifications (MB2-716, MB2-717, PL-400)
Cloud Computing fundamentals and experience with Microsoft Azure services
Experience with CRM systems or enterprise software solutions beyond Dynamics 365 CE
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices for enterprise applications
System Integrations and Communication Protocols such as HTTP, JSON, API, WS, SOAP, REST, XML, and OData
Experience with Dynamics 365 CE plugins, custom workflows, and JavaScript web resources
Knowledge of Dynamics 365 CE security model, role-based access control, and data governance
Experience with Dynamics 365 CE reporting and analytics using Power BI or SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS)
Experience with Dynamics 365 CE integrations using Azure Logic Apps, Azure Functions, or third-party integration platforms
