Job Responsibility:

Mapping and understanding customer needs
Supporting successful Dynamics CE implementation
Working with the project team, project manager(s), and other consultants
Option to become a team lead

Requirements:

Customer oriented
At least 5 years of experience as a solution consultant/functional analyst with Dynamics CE
Knowledge of Customer services, Sales, Marketing, and Field services
Experience with demos, trainings and workshops
Certifications within Dynamics CE (plus)
Presales experience (plus)
Enthusiastic and driven
Team player
Communicative
Eager to learn
Fluent in Dutch (or French) and English

Nice to have:

Certifications within Dynamics CE
Presales experience
