Job Responsibility

  • Lead the design and delivery of end-to-end Business Central solutions
  • Translate business requirements into scalable technical architectures
  • Provide expert guidance on integrations, extensions, and cloud migration strategies
  • Support upgrade projects, system migrations, and complex implementations
  • Collaborate with consultants and developers to ensure best practice coding and delivery standards
  • Act as the technical authority on Business Central projects, guiding decision-making

Requirements

  • Strong background as a Dynamics 365 Business Central / NAV Developer or Consultant
  • Proven expertise in solution architecture, integrations, and extensions (AL/C/AL)

  • Experience delivering full project lifecycles, from requirements gathering to go-live

  • Serve as the primary client-facing leader for a portfolio of engagements, typically managing 4–8 concurrent initiatives representing approximately $6M–$10M in revenue, with scope varying by Service Line
  • Act as the central liaison between client leadership, delivery teams, and internal stakeholders, ensuring alignment, transparency, and strong client outcomes
  • Own the executive client relationship for delivery, serving as the primary contact for communication, governance, and issue escalation
  • Build trusted advisor relationships with client Executive Sponsors and maintain recurring leadership touchpoints to proactively monitor engagement health and drive referenceable client success
