Job Description:

Job Responsibility:

  • Lead, mentor, and support a small team of Business Central developers
  • Design, develop, and deliver customisations, extensions, and integrations within Dynamics 365 Business Central (BC/NAV)
  • Oversee solution design, architecture, and code reviews to ensure best practice
  • Collaborate with consultants, project managers, and clients to translate business requirements into technical solutions
  • Manage projects across the full lifecycle, from scoping through to go-live support
  • Support upgrades and migrations from NAV to Business Central Cloud
  • Identify opportunities to improve development processes, automation, and technical standards

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Dynamics 365 Business Central / Dynamics NAV Developer
  • Strong technical skills in AL, C/AL, Visual Studio Code, and extensions
  • Experience with integrations, APIs, Azure services, Power Platform, and SQL (desirable)
  • Knowledge of SDLC, agile methodologies, and DevOps practices
  • Previous experience leading, mentoring, or supporting a development team
  • Excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach to working with clients and colleagues
  • Ideally, experience gained within a Microsoft Partner environment
