Job Description:

We are supporting a global client in their search for an experienced and collaborative Dynamics 365 Business Central Consultant. In this role, you will join an internal Finance-Tech team responsible for the stability, development, and optimization of the Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central platform across more than 13 countries. This position offers a unique blend of daily financial support for international accounting departments and high-impact project work, such as migrating global entities from a shared database to independent, localized environments. It is a perfect fit for a specialist who combines financial literacy with a proactive, problem-solving mindset.

Job Responsibility:

Functional Support: Act as a key partner for international accounting teams, resolving system tickets and ensuring the continuity of financial operations
System Migration & Rollouts: Support the onboarding of newly acquired companies and lead the transition of existing entities into localized system environments
Business Analysis: Translate complex financial requirements from various global regions into functional system configurations and effective workflows
Technical Collaboration: Partner with external Microsoft vendors for advanced system modifications, ensuring high-quality delivery of enhancements
Process Optimization: Identify bottlenecks in financial reporting and utilize BC tools to streamline month-end closing and global tax compliance
Quality Assurance: Maintain comprehensive system documentation and lead UAT sessions for new functionalities and localizations

Requirements:

D365 Business Central Expertise: Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 BC (SaaS) or its predecessor, Navision
Finance Domain Knowledge: A solid understanding of core financial processes (GL, AP, AR, Fixed Assets, Consolidation)
Global Mindset: Readiness to navigate diverse tax and legal requirements across various regions (EMEA & Asia)
Analytical Hybrid Profile: Ability to analyze system configurations to diagnose issues effectively before escalating to developers
Professional Maturity: A calm, communicative, and professional approach, especially when supporting users during high-pressure periods
Language Skills: Minimum C1 English proficiency for effective daily collaboration within a multicultural environment
Cognitive Skills: A structured, analytical mindset, comfortable with participating in personality and logic-based assessments
