Job Description:

Our client is seeking a Dynamic Forms Developer with deep expertise in building complex, logic‑driven digital forms. This role focuses heavily on Excel‑style formulas, conditional logic, dynamic calculations, and advanced form flows. The ideal candidate can translate business requirements into intuitive, multi‑step user experiences that adapt based on user input.

Job Responsibility:

  • Build interactive forms with complex logic, dynamic calculations, and conditional workflows
  • Translate business requirements, workflow documents, and data structures into functional form logic
  • Implement conditional visibility (show/hide rules), branching paths, and multi‑step user flows
  • Develop and validate repeating data structures (e.g., multiple employees, nested objects)
  • Write clear in‑form instructions, help text, and user guidance
  • Create validation rules, error handling, and logic‑driven output generation
  • Ensure forms have intuitive layouts, strong information hierarchy, and mobile‑friendly design
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to refine requirements and optimize user experience

Requirements:

  • Excel Formula / Logic Expertise: Complex nested IF statements, AND/OR logic, IFS functions
  • Conditional arithmetic and dynamic calculations
  • Date/time formulas and comparisons
  • Text parsing and concatenation
  • Strong understanding of formula dependencies and calculation order
  • Advanced Form Logic: Conditional visibility and branching
  • Repeating/iterative data structures (arrays, tables, multi‑entry forms)
  • Object-based modeling (e.g., Person.Name, Project.Priority)
  • Triggered follow‑up questions based on prior inputs
  • Validation rules, error messages, and logic gates
  • Data‑driven output generation
  • User Experience & Design: Designing multi-step, intuitive form flows
  • Reducing user friction and anticipating confusion points
  • Clear labeling, grouping, and progressive disclosure
  • Responsive design considerations
  • Effective error messaging and user guidance

  • Enterprise form platforms (ServiceNow, Salesforce, Power Apps)
  • Logic-heavy form/survey builders (Formstack, Typeform, JotForm)
