Job Responsibility:

  • Conduct business requirement, functionals specification, process analysis, testing and others
  • Understand and study customers' business difficulties and implement relevant solutions accordingly
  • To support / participate in a global Dynamic 365 F&O implementation projects or regional supports role (one role at a time, depends on talent's preferences and business needs)
  • May and may not need to customise report (which require a bit of programming) and other minor IT support role (if any, not main job scope)
  • To work together with appointed vendors on a support / implemetation role
  • You will work together with other functional & technical consultant as well as Project Manager & external vendor (if any) within support / end to end global implementation project role on Dynamic 365 F&O

Requirements:

  • Someone with functional knowledge (& a bit on technical basic programming etc customise report) experience of Dynamic 365 F&O is highly sought after
  • Those with core L2 or L3 support capabilities on Dynamic 365 F&O is added advantage but not compulsary
  • Those with at least 1 full cycle end to end implementation is added advantage but not compulsary
  • Those with at least 1 year exposure within a vendor / consultancy exposure is added advantage but not compulsary
  • Modules they focused on are
  • 1st Financial & 2nd SCM
  • 4 years experience
  • diploma is required

Nice to have:

  • Those with core L2 or L3 support capabilities on Dynamic 365 F&O
  • Those with at least 1 full cycle end to end implementation
  • Those with at least 1 year exposure within a vendor / consultancy exposure
