Job Responsibility:
Deliver and implement ServiceNow CSM solutions within a secure enterprise environment
Work closely with business stakeholders to define and implement customer service processes
Design and implement scalable ServiceNow platform solutions
Lead architecture, configuration, and platform development activities
Support programme delivery through governance, planning, and stakeholder engagement
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including architects, consultants, and developers
Requirements:
Active DV Clearance (mandatory)
Proven experience working with ServiceNow
Strong knowledge of ServiceNow Customer Service Management (CSM)
