ASML is seeking an accomplished Manager to lead the DUV Module Production Engineering Group in Wilton, CT. This person will be responsible for leading NPI and Volume production activities for DUV Reticle stage, Wafer Table and Air Gauge modules as well as implementation of ATT (Automated Torque Tool) across all Business Lines (NXE, EXE, DUV, APPS) at the Wilton factory.
Job Responsibility
Responsible for people management and career development activities including recruiting, onboarding, training, mentoring, coaching, and performance evaluation
Define requirements for Target Annual Plan (TAP)
Generate and drive business case development and support project leads in Configuration Control Board meetings
Represent and support Production Engineering teams in progress reviews and cross-sector meetings
Generates labor hour / cycle time reduction roadmaps and drives closure of actions to meet agreed upon targets
Responsible for leading production engineering group in the following capacities: Developing and maintaining module manufacturing processes
Responsible for leading production engineering
Support development engineers to converge on an overall design solution that addresses comprehensive production manufacturability with high level of diagnostics for troubleshooting
Responsible for leading production engineering group supporting operations to deliver modules on time that meet high standards of quality
Support SS&P with supplier escalations related to technical issues
Responsible for leading production engineering group investigating technical issues both analytically using design documentation and physically with hands-on in a production environment
Report production status, issues, gaps and barriers to Sr. Management. Timely escalation of issues that can't be solved within the own circle of influence
Drive cross-sector teams to achieve high standards of quality for both product and tooling
Requirements
Minimum BS in a technical field, engineering preferred
8+ years in production/manufacturing environment with at least 5+ years experience in a leadership capacity
Experience in developing Manufacturing readiness plans to introduce new products into Production
Demonstrates a solid understanding of production management, Quality Assurance and Continuous Improvement Techniques
Experience in leading cross-sector teams to implement Manufacturing readiness plans for new product introduction and industrialization
Experience in developing budgetary needs for facilities, capital equipment and headcount
