Job Description:

Citizens Advice in West Sussex supports volunteers and staff to deliver high‑quality advice for people seeking help with issues such as employment, debt, benefits, housing and immigration. High‑quality advice changes lives, and this role plays a vital part in supporting volunteers as they navigate complex problems.

Job Responsibility:

  • supervise advice sessions in our Mid Sussex offices, including reception
  • support volunteers to provide high‑quality advice across multiple channels
  • allocate resources daily across advice channels
  • leading with our values and embedding Equity, Diversity and Inclusion
  • supervising volunteer advice teams
  • keeping resources and client databases updated
  • overseeing appointments, phones and other channels
  • monitoring advice quality
