Manage control room CCTV operators to ensure they are proactively monitoring the park for security concerns, tracking persons/ vehicles of interest, maintaining logbooks, conducting daily checks, processing contractors and deliveries, answering intercoms, issuing keys, monitoring alarms and other tasks in SOPs
