Duty Security Manager

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced and capable Duty Shift Manager (DSM) to lead a team of security officers at one of the leading business parks in Europe. The site encompasses 12 office buildings located around a lake and gardens with up to 9, 0000 people and 70 companies working on site. The management ethos is centred around delivering 5-star customer service and the site also hosts regular small scale entertainment and sports events. The park is open to the public all year and has a small number of shops, cafes and bars on site. We are looking for an experienced, flexible and customer focused Duty Shift Manager to lead a motive a small team of security officers in delivering a great visitor experience, underpinned by discreet but solid security, at a challenging but highly rewarding site.
