As a Duty Manager you'll be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the centre and ensuring the effective delivery of a first-class customer experience to all those who visit our centre. You'll be working within our Duty Management Team and directly reporting to the General Manager.
Job Responsibility
Managing day-to-day operations of the centre
Ensuring effective delivery of first-class customer experience
Providing effective leadership and management of Operations Teams
Ensuring safety, cleanliness and set up of facilities and equipment
Carrying out induction and training of new starters
Conducting performance management including 121's, absence, conduct, performance and continuous development
Implementing opportunities for improvement
Performing other duties as assigned by General Manager
Requirements

2+ years’ experience as a manager or team leader, preferably in a leisure environment
