Duty Manager

• Ensure a great customer experience from the moment they walk in
• Provide guidance around products and ensure they find what they need
• Upsell where possible
• Process sales at the till
• Act as a key holder, opening and closing the store
• Run shift on Sunday
• Always have a safety focus for team and customers
• Provide genuine service and create moments that matter
• Contribute to positive sales performance
• Maintain exceptional showroom presentation and merchandising standards
• Process stock (receive, dispatch, and store)
• Be an enthusiastic, cooperative, and collaborative team member

• People person and passionate customer service expert
• Previous retail and/or customer service experience
• Interest in automotive is a plus
• Confidence working in a retail/sales environment and dealing with a variety of customers
• Strong communication skills and excellent phone manner
• Team-focused and 'can do' attitude
• Ability to lift, bend, and climb
