Job Responsibility
Running the floor and leading shifts to ensure smooth, high-energy service
Motivating the team by supporting and coaching team members to hit their goals
Driving sales and standards to help Nell’s deliver top-tier hospitality and solid financial results
Opening and closing by handling site set ups and close downs, stock, compliance and daily reports
Recruiting and retaining a high-performing, motivated team that delivers top-tier service
