We're looking for an experienced duty manager to join us for our busy summer period and beyond in the city centre!

Job Responsibility

  • Running the floor and leading shifts to ensure smooth, high-energy service
  • Motivating the team by supporting and coaching team members to hit their goals
  • Driving sales and standards to help Nell’s deliver top-tier hospitality and solid financial results
  • Opening and closing by handling site set ups and close downs, stock, compliance and daily reports
