Duty Manager for Revolucion de Cuba, a vibrant bar inspired by the backstreet bars of Havana, offering a unique fusion of Spanish, Mexican, and South American flavours. The role involves being part of the Cuban familia, supporting the General Manager, and running front-of-house operations in a fun, energetic environment.

Job Responsibility:

Support the General Manager in all aspects of the business
Run all elements of the front-of-house operation

Requirements:

Experience of running shifts in a busy hospitality environment
Being a great communicator and relationship builder
Ability to work with management, kitchen, sales, and front of house teams to motivate and inspire the team
