Duty Manager

• Ensure each customer has a great experience in store
• Provide guidance around products
• Upselling where you can
• Processing sales at the till
• Take responsibility as a key holder, opening and closing
• Running shift on Sunday
• Always have a safety focus to ensure safety of teammates & customers
• Provide genuine service & create moments that matter with customers
• Use strong customer service to contribute to positive sales performance
• Maintain exceptional showroom presentation & merchandising standards
• Process stock

• People person and passionate customer service expert
• Previous retail and/or customer service experience
• Interest in automotive is a plus
• Confident working in a retail/sales environment and dealing with a variety of customers
• Strong communication skills and excellent phone manner
• Team-focused and 'can do' attitude
• Ability to perform lifting, bending & climbing
