Job Description:

We are seeking a proactive and reliable Duty Manager to join our team and support the Deputy General Manager/Head of Club Experience in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the Club.

Job Responsibility:

  • Oversee the daily operations of the Club during your shift
  • Ensure a safe working environment
  • Address any member enquiries or complaints promptly
  • Carry out routine inspections
  • Manage staff
  • Ensure that all operational policies and procedures are adhered to
  • Supervise the team
  • Oversee maintenance work
  • Ensure the overall safety and cleanliness of the Club
  • Assist and cover any department when needed during busy times

Requirements:

  • Diploma in hospitality or business desirable
  • Ability to exemplify exceptional service standards and exceed guest expectations
  • Strong communication skills
