Job Description:

This position requires ensuring smooth guest check-ins, managing payments, balancing receipts, and supporting a positive guest and employee experience while upholding company standards. Marriott International offers opportunities for growth and recognition in a luxury environment.

Job Responsibility:

Process guest check-ins, verify guest identity, and set up accounts
supply guests with directions and property information
process payments and balance receipts
assist management in training and evaluating employees
respond to employee concerns and follow company policies
maintain cleanliness and professional appearance
protect company assets
process information using computers/POS systems
comply with safety and quality standards
perform other reasonable duties as requested

Requirements:

High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
at least 1 year of related work experience
at least 1 year of supervisory experience
