Champion service standards, from the warmth of the greeting to the final farewell, ensuring every guest receives attentive, thoughtful hospitality. Handle guest feedback with professionalism, turning challenges into opportunities to impress. Maintain impeccable presentation of the dining room, bar, and service stations throughout the day.
