At Repco we want to ensure that each customer has a great experience in store and as a Duty Manager your key focus is to ensure this. This starts from the moment the customer walks in the door, to providing guidance around our products and ensuring they find what they need, upselling where you can and processing the sale at the till. You will also take responsibility as a key holder, opening and closing as well as running shift on Sunday.
Job Responsibility:
Providing genuine service and creating a lasting impression with customers
Have superstar selling skills that contribute to the sales performance of the store
Be a team player and contribute towards the store's success
Open and close, and overseeing the daily operation of the store on Sundays
Maintain exceptional presentation and merchandising standards of the showroom
Processing stock and ensuring shelves are adequately stocked
Requirements:
Previous experience working in automotive retail, parts supply or related fields
Confident working in a retail or sales environment
Strong communication skills and excellent phone manner
Team-focused and ‘can do’ attitude
Passion for automotive and delivering excellent customer service
