The Churchill Auckland, the city’s most luxurious rooftop gin and cocktail bar, is seeking an experienced and dynamic Venue Manager to lead our sophisticated venue to new heights. Job Responsibility:

  • Manage all elements of the bar service period, tending bar and exceeding guest expectations
  • Prepare cocktails, mixed drinks and tailored beverages to guests
  • Provide a friendly genuine service throughout the complete beverage experience, creating a place with the traveller in mind
  • Responsible for managing all bar outlets, ensuring your team are providing service excellence and creating classic and timeless experiences with each customer experience
  • Be an approachable and confident manager by providing comfort and support to our bar team
  • Ensure the bar is consistently prepared and always stocked through ordering and adequate planning
  • Build and strengthen relationships with existing and new travellers to enable future bookings
  • Lead the bar department with all operational tasks, strategies and team building initiatives so associates feel part of the Four Points team
  • Plan, develop and conduct training to ensure the team maintains a clean bar area
  • Be the main point of contact for all external & internal travellers for the Bar department
  • Ensure you and the team uphold all company policies and procedures whilst demonstrating the Four Points core values

Requirements:
