Job Responsibility:
Manage all elements of the bar service period, tending bar and exceeding guest expectations
Prepare cocktails, mixed drinks and tailored beverages to guests
Provide a friendly genuine service throughout the complete beverage experience, creating a place with the traveller in mind
Responsible for managing all bar outlets, ensuring your team are providing service excellence and creating classic and timeless experiences with each customer experience
Be an approachable and confident manager by providing comfort and support to our bar team
Ensure the bar is consistently prepared and always stocked through ordering and adequate planning
Build and strengthen relationships with existing and new travellers to enable future bookings
Lead the bar department with all operational tasks, strategies and team building initiatives so associates feel part of the Four Points team
Plan, develop and conduct training to ensure the team maintains a clean bar area
Be the main point of contact for all external & internal travellers for the Bar department
Ensure you and the team uphold all company policies and procedures whilst demonstrating the Four Points core values
Requirements:
An up-to-date RSA
Relevant experience in a similar managerial role
Working rights in New Zealand
Enthusiastic to escalate your career
