Job Description:

The Duty Engineer at Four Points by Sheraton Bintan Lagoi Bay is responsible for maintaining and repairing tools and equipment, responding to guest requests, adhering to safety policies, developing disaster response protocols, and supervising team members, while fostering a supportive and efficient work environment in line with company standards.

Job Responsibility:

Install, maintain, and perform preventative maintenance on tools, appliances, and equipment
calibrate controls, gauges, and meters
inspect tools, equipment, or machines
order, mark, and stock parts and supplies
respond to guest repair requests
complete the life safety checklist, including fire-pump and generator run tests
assist in developing disaster response protocols
hire, train, schedule, evaluate, and coach employees
ensure adherence to safety and security policies
identify and implement ways to improve efficiency, productivity, safety, and quality.

Requirements:

Technical, Trade, or Vocational School Degree
at least 2 years of related work experience
at least 2 years of supervisory experience.
