Job Responsibility:
Lead by example, actively contributing to your team's performance and professional growth
Communicate effectively and regularly with your advisors to ensure a clear flow of information
Monitor team performance and KPIs to ensure world-class service expectations are met
Provide clear direction and coaching to maintain high team spirit and consistent results
Act as the escalation point for complex cases to ensure quality and resolve issues promptly
Conduct formal quarterly performance reviews to track progress and set development goals
Work closely with the Operations Manager to provide feedback and discuss improvement areas
Support and guide newcomers by conducting on-the-job training in Dutch
Requirements:
Minimum one (1) year of experience as a Team leader is required
Evidence of effective interpersonal, coaching, & leadership skills
Ability to showcase empathy & confidence towards different personalities
Ability to inspire & support diverse working teams & cultures
