Job Responsibility:

  • Lead by example, actively contributing to your team's performance and professional growth
  • Communicate effectively and regularly with your advisors to ensure a clear flow of information
  • Monitor team performance and KPIs to ensure world-class service expectations are met
  • Provide clear direction and coaching to maintain high team spirit and consistent results
  • Act as the escalation point for complex cases to ensure quality and resolve issues promptly
  • Conduct formal quarterly performance reviews to track progress and set development goals
  • Work closely with the Operations Manager to provide feedback and discuss improvement areas
  • Support and guide newcomers by conducting on-the-job training in Dutch

Requirements:

  • Minimum one (1) year of experience as a Team leader is required
  • Evidence of effective interpersonal, coaching, & leadership skills
  • Ability to showcase empathy & confidence towards different personalities
  • Ability to inspire & support diverse working teams & cultures
  • Service oriented & problem solving mindset
  • Native/near-native level in Dutch
  • Advanced English skills
  • Excellent verbal & written communication skills
  • PC literacy
