Job Responsibility:
Provide customer care and technical support for medical diabetes devices across European markets
Assist patients via phone, email, chat, and SMS, ensuring accurate order management and regulatory compliance
Deliver empathetic, solution-oriented support while following established procedures and safety standards
Requirements:
Fluent in the market language + C1 level in English
Ability to manage and support multiple markets simultaneously
Background in healthcare, medical devices, or technical support (preferred)
Knowledge of diabetes is a strong plus
Strong customer service mindset with excellent communication skills
High capacity to absorb and manage complex information
Strong problem-solving and prioritization skills
Detail-oriented, organized, and resilient under pressure
Emotionally intelligent, with empathy and the ability to handle sensitive situations
Nice to have:
Background in healthcare, medical devices, or technical support (preferred)
Knowledge of diabetes is a strong plus
What we offer:
Accommodation – Relocation from outside Portugal: Shared accommodation will be provided for up to 12 months. The monthly rent is €280, including all utility bills, and will be directly deducted from the employee’s payslip
