We are offering a great work experience in Porto, Portugal for a role as a Dutch Medical Devices Customer Service.

Job Responsibility:

  • Provide customer care and technical support for medical diabetes devices across European markets
  • Assist patients via phone, email, chat, and SMS, ensuring accurate order management and regulatory compliance
  • Deliver empathetic, solution-oriented support while following established procedures and safety standards

Requirements:

  • Fluent in the market language + C1 level in English
  • Ability to manage and support multiple markets simultaneously
  • Background in healthcare, medical devices, or technical support (preferred)
  • Knowledge of diabetes is a strong plus
  • Strong customer service mindset with excellent communication skills
  • High capacity to absorb and manage complex information
  • Strong problem-solving and prioritization skills
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and resilient under pressure
  • Emotionally intelligent, with empathy and the ability to handle sensitive situations

What we offer:
  • Accommodation – Relocation from outside Portugal: Shared accommodation will be provided for up to 12 months. The monthly rent is €280, including all utility bills, and will be directly deducted from the employee’s payslip
