Our client is a leading insurer in Belgium, and they are looking for a skilled French-speaking Digital Copywriter to join a large, international digital team. This exciting role focuses on improving organic visibility across both traditional search engines and AI-powered search environments. Based primarily in Brussels, this project starts in February and offers the chance to create engaging, performance-driven content while working alongside product managers, legal specialists, SEO experts and digital analysts.
Job Responsibility:
Create and optimise digital content aligned with SEO / GEO and UX best practices
Develop and lead a content roadmap that supports both business goals and search opportunities
Collaborate with stakeholders such as product managers, legal teams and other writers to ensure compliance and impact
Enhance visibility across both classic search engines and emerging AI-powered platforms
Track SEO / GEO KPIs and performance metrics in collaboration with digital analysts
Translate data into insights and continuously improve content strategy and execution
Work closely with IT teams to ensure technical SEO / GEO implementation is sound
Share your expertise with the broader digital and content teams
Requirements:
Ambition to further develop your career in digital content creation and SEO / GEO within the insurance or services industry
Minimum 5 years of solid experience as a digital copywriter or similar role
Past experience in financial services or e-commerce is a strong asset
You’re at your best when creating engaging, optimised content that performs well and aligns with user intent
Your strengths are strategic thinking, editorial skills, SEO knowledge, and adaptability
Working experience with tools such as GA4, keyword research platforms, and content analytics is key
Strong communication, time management and stakeholder coordination skills are needed in this job
Strong communication skills (written and oral) in French (native level), English, and at least a basic understanding of Dutch
