Excellent written communication and customer service skills
Able to work at a fast pace while maintaining a high standard of quality
Comfortable using a PC with good typing and grammar skills
Must be able to complete 2 week full time training - Remotely

Job Responsibility

Responding to phone calls, online queries via email and other social media channels (WhatsApp & Live Chat) in Dutch & English
Responding to emails, WhatsApp and Live Chat messages and answering calls from consumers regarding queries and appropriate dealing with consumer complaints
Maintaining a high standard of quality work to ensure that customers are treated fairly
Reporting to your Team Manager
Where necessary, refer issues to relevant internal/external departments and stakeholders using correct escalation procedures
Representing the brand well and ensuring customers are kept satisfied
Written communication with customers in Dutch and English
